We took a day trip to Beaumont, TX today... just because we've never been. After visiting the very cool Texas Energy Museum, we stopped at this hole in the wall mexican restaurant for a bite to eat. Stacey found it in a local magazine. Apparently President Bill Clinton has even eaten here (maybe we should've picked another place, lol). Any how, we BOTH ordered the "Big Ol' Burrito" for a mere $7.99 expecting a fairly good sized burrito. What came to our table instead was an 18" long beheamoth stuffed to the gills!! Seriously, the things were bigger than our cat! All said and done, Stace got 1/4 down and I got 1/2 down. Besides the really amazing burritos they also have some of the best guacamole we've ever tasted. It's been a very good day trip!!
