Basketball

Lil Ed started basketball tonight. The whole car ride there he was telling me how shy he was going to be. He was pretty shy at first then the coach gave him a ball and I don't think he stopped smiling. He did pretty good considering he has never played ball before. He is the youngest on the team.

Elfer's Antics

We got an Elf on The Shelf this year. Lil Ed named him Elfer. Elfer is a silly little elf who has a great time at night. Some of the days I totally forgot to document with photos. But he has also gotten into the fruit bowl and he played with Lil Eds matchbox cars.

Thankful Tree

This year our little family made a thankful tree to really reflect on what we are thankful for. There were a lot of I love mommy on there from Lil Ed. I liked the one that said Getting Old (also from Lil Ed)

Trip 'Back Home'

Lil Ed and I took a trip back home for my moms birthday and to visit great-grandma and grandpa came up too!

Halloween Night...

Lil Ed was SO excited for halloween this year. Until it was time to trick or treat. He wanted to put on his costume first thing in the morning but we had to go to the grocery store and have two meals before t or t time so I said no. He was Anakin Skywalker this year. We had a yummy dinner of calzone snake and mummy dogs. I also dyed the lemonade orange. It was finally time to go out. Ed and his mom and Lil Ed set out while I stayed back to pass out candy. About 15 minutes later they arrive home.

Lil Ed was NOT interested in trick or treating. They went to ONE house. Here is his loot:

Carving Pumpkins

Lil Ed did not like gutting the pumpkin. He had Ed do that part. He seemed pretty thrilled that we let him use the knife though.

Check out this seed that sprouted IN the pumpkin. I haven't seen anything like this before.

Halloween Day...

Today we had our friends come over to decorate Halloween cookies. The boys had a great time playing and having some mac n cheese lunch.
