Creativity

Ed has a Halloween party tomorrow for his work. He has to bring desert. I made these...

I don't know why the picture is SO tiny but they are owls. Cupcakes.

This is my example of enthusiasm. And it's my first photo shop.

Not too bad for a novice

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

Yesterday Lil Ed and I went to Dewberry Farms for a field trip with his home school group. At first I was a little discouraged because the place was packed. But it turned out to be organized and we moved through all the activities smoothly as a group. I thought that he was going to get a pumpkin for carving but the students got little pumpkins. That turned out OK because at least now we can go as a family to pick out our carving pumpkins.

Lil Ed on the zip line! I thought this was so brave.

Pedal Cars. He did not want to stop.

Roller Slide. This was bumpy.

This is Lil Ed and Kate rolling about five kids in the tube.

I was cracking up watching the kids bounce on this huge bouncy thing.

Here are the ITTY BITTY punpkins to choose from.

I love the look on Sarahs face looking at lil ed making a silly face

Huh...this is a first.

Lil Ed NEVER sleeps in random places. Today we have park day and he has been looking forward to it. I am just checking emails before we are about to leave and I turn around to this.

Totally asleep on the chair in the office snuggled with his blankey. I sure hope he is feeling ok.

In Love with Batman

Lil Ed and I were sitting at the table. I was on my laptop and he was drawing pictures. He said "Mommy, I wrote Batman." At first I was like "ok" thinking maybe he drew batman or used some other language to write Batman. Then I looked and he ACTUALLY wrote batman on his own. It is so cool seeing this guy learn new things all the time.

School Fun

Practicing words on the chalkboard. Matching rhyming words and marking the vowels.

Science/Art. Making colors then mixing colors
